We had an unexpected power surge which caused one of our fuses to blow. Jess was very helpful on the phone and told me the approximate time that Jim would arrive. He phoned us to let us know how much longer he would be and diagnosed a couple of possible problems with our circuits that may cause future trouble. The service was professional and curteous.

Install additional exhaust fan in bathroom to help condensation build up on mirror.
Power supply fault had caused lighting circuit not to work. RCBO had been cooked. Replaced. Also Installed main switch and RCBOS to bring switchboard up to current safety standards.
Clients security system was beeping constantly. We attended and found the system was showing up a "phone line fault". We solved the problem. We performed a courtesy inspection and found a defective, recalled RCBO in the main switchboard and no safety switch protection in the garage workshop.
